PSEHUNT Shipping Service Instructions

1. Delivery Coverage

  • Available: Ships to more than 200 countries and regions worldwide, including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and beyond.
  • Unavailable: Delivery is not provided to Aland Island, Ascension, Azores, Mainland China, Eritrea, Somalia, Yemen, and other specified regions (please refer to the full exclusion list above for details).

2. Shipping Process

You will receive email notifications to keep you updated at every stage of the shipping journey:


  • Order confirmation (sent immediately after you submit your order)
  • Payment confirmation (sent once your payment has been verified successfully)
  • Shipment confirmation (includes a unique tracking number for order monitoring)


Tracking channels: Track your order via 17Track or Track718 using the provided tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods & Time

Total delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time (all timeframes are average estimates):


  • Order processing: 3–8 business days (to prepare, inspect, and package your order)
  • Shipping time:
    • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
    • Fast Shipping: 7–12 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total (in Euros):


  • Orders with a total of €0–€99.99: Fixed shipping fee of €10
  • Orders with a total of €100 or more: Free shipping


The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete payment.

5. Customs Taxes

Depending on your destination country/region, customs duties, import taxes, or other related fees may apply. These charges are determined by local customs regulations and are not covered by PSEHUNT.


We recommend checking with your local customs office in advance to understand potential costs and requirements for importing your order.

  • For restricted or regulated products, we may need to use alternative shipping carriers (which could result in slight delivery delays).
  • Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
  • All orders are shipped directly from PSEHUNT’s official warehouses to ensure product authenticity and quality.
